What You Need to Know

Full payment is to be sent by Bank Demand Draft in favour of Pulse Racer and payable at Nainital at: Pulse Racer, 56 Talli Tal Bz., Nainital - 262 002 (Uttaranchal). It should be drawn preferably on State Bank of India, otherwise any one of the following banks: Allahabad Bank, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Central Bank, Punjab National Bank, Punjab & Sindh Bank or Vijaya Bank.

Other Requirements

• Students or large groups of 30 persons or more please contact for special discounted rates.

• A group may be picked up from any place on actual fare basis.

• The charges are inclusive of Boarding and lodging (on sharing basis in a good hotel/guest house) and in the tents (on sharing basis in tents), equipment, guides, skilled personnel, transportation, etc. from base camp to base camp.

• Additional requirements will be charged extra.

• For Luxury/modified Packages the rates will be as per the requirements.

• The rates will vary according to the kind of package or conducted tour.

Cancellation Rules

• In case of cancellation the following rates apply:

• More than a month before the scheduled start of the trek 80% is refunded.

• 15 days to 1 month before the scheduled start of the trek 65% is refunded.

• 8 to 14 days before the scheduled start of the trek 50% is refunded.

• 7 days or less before the scheduled start of the trek no refund.
